I've always enjoyed PHD Nutrition products, my favourite was always PHD Diet Whey Protein. I thought I would try the Meal replacement one this time. It's grainy, gave me an upset tummy for days and horrid flatulence. I wish I was able to return it. the delivery was perfect and on time. Thank you.

Delicious taste, one of the best flavours. Salted caramel and Belgian chocolate are my other fav flavours. Filling and mixes well with liquid Doesn’t become thick when you add liquid like the smart protein powders- this may be a pro or con depends what kind of consistency you like Only bad thing is that matcha tea is one of the ingredients so you may want to avoid eating at night
