I recently joined a gym for the first time as the team sport I play has became a once a week pastime. After my first three months of at least three sessions a week I had lost some weight that unfortunately included a percentage of muscle. A friend recommended PHD and after a month I kept up the weight loss but recovered the muscle I had lost. Taken with my porridge in the morning and a drink (with milk) later. Great taste and definite results.

Purchased this, Banana, and the White Chocolate. White Chocolate is great tasting and mixes lovely but the Banana just doesn't taste of Banana, and I'm not sure what it does taste of, you can't eat it on its own and by adding things I am defeating the reason for purchasing it and for this reason its not good value for money
