PhD+ Rewards FAQs


GENERAL

I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU, DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING TO JOIN PHD+ REWARDS?

No. Existing customers are already part of our scheme, and all of your details (including existing loyalty points) are still available within ‘My Account’.

HOW CAN I SEE WHAT MEMBER LEVEL I AM?

Simply login to your account and select the ‘PhD+ Rewards’ Tab. At the top of that page it will show whether you are an Team member or an Athlete member.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PRODUCTS HAVE A MEMBER PRICE?

If you are logged into your account, every product that has a membership price shows ‘your price’ messaging with the discount highlighted. If you are logged out, you can see what has a membership price by looking for the account icon before the price.

HOW TO I ACCESS MEMBER PRICING?

Simply create an account and stay logged in when browsing products.

HOW CAN I BECOME AN ATHLETE MEMBER?

Athlete membership is granted by spending £60 every 60 days on your favourite products. Alternatively, you can subscribe to your favourite product to become an Athlete Member. View all the products available for subscription here.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

You will earn 5 points for every £1 you spend on our website. Remember to sign into your PhD account when making a purchase to ensure your loyalty points are added. There are no exclusions to what you can earn points on.

HOW DO I USE THE LOYALTY POINTS TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

Once you have started collecting points (there’s no minimum to get started), these will automatically show in your account. You will see an option on the payment page within checkout to choose to pay with your Reward points. There’s two tabs, one that allows you to choose to use ALL your points or CUSTOM, which allows you pick how many points you would like to use against this purchase. Remember you need to be logged into your account to be able to use your accumulated points against a purchase.

HOW DO I VIEW MY POINT BALANCE? You can view and manage your points through accessing your account. Points can be cumulated and can be used at any point during the next 12 months. Points expire 12 months from the point they are acquired. For example, you gain 10 points in August 2023. These 10 points will expire in August 2024.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT NEW CONTENT/PRODUCTS/DISCOUNTS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO PHD+ REWARDS? The best way to stay up to date with everything Athlete is to subscribe to our email marketing. That way, you’ll be first to know about new events, products, webinars and exclusive partner discounts. You can update your email marketing preference within My Account > Newsletter subscriptions. Otherwise, you can check back on ‘My Account >PhD+ Rewards’ to view them.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT OUT UPCOMING EVENTS?

All of our exclusive events are shared with our Athlete Members first. Check your portal to view the latest and upcoming events. 

CAN I GET PERSONALISED DISCOUNTS AND CONTENT AS AN ATHLETE MEMBER?

Tell us your training goal within ‘My Account > Newsletter subscriptions’ to help us provide content that is more relevant to the workouts you enjoy.

HOW DO I KEEP MY ATHLETE MEMBERSHIP STATUS?

Keep spending £60 every 60 days, or remain subscribed to your favourite product.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION BUT DON’T WANT TO LOSE ATHLETE MEMBERSHIP STATUS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Did you know you can change the size and/or flavour of your subscription, as well as the frequency? Visit ‘My Account > Subscription Profiles’ to view your options without cancelling.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION, CAN I STILL ACCESS MY ATHLETE MEMBERSHIP REWARDS? Once 60 days has elapsed without any active subscriptions, you will lose Athlete member status. You will retain team member status.


TROUBLESHOOTING ISSUES

I MADE A PURCHASE BUT CANNOT SEE MY POINTS IN MY ACCOUNT

Points should show straight away in your account, however please allow up to three days from your products being dispatched for them to show in your account. If they are still not showing, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I USED LOYALTY POINTS TO PURCHASE? When you return an order purchased on the website which you have paid for using reward points, the order will be refunded to you in the form of rewards points to the same value. This will go straight back to the account used to make the original purchase. Reward points cannot be transferred to cash or any other alternative.

HOW DO I LEAVE THE LOYALTY SCHEME? We’d be sorry to see you go, but if you choose to leave, you can close your Rewards account by logging into your account or email our Customer Service team support@phd.com(opens in a new tab)
